Training seminars and camps are educational events designed for all enthusiasts of the Shotokan Karate-Do style. They are suitable for all age groups, including adults, children, and youth, as well as for advanced practitioners and beginners. These events are held in various cities across the Czech Republic on pre-arranged dates to align with competition schedules and other activities of the associations.<\/p>

Participants are divided into groups based on skill level and attend multiple training sessions per day. The training focuses on learning karate techniques through kihon, kata, and kumite, including their applications in sports competitions or self-defense. The events also include a supporting program aimed at fulfilling the meaning of the word \"gasshuku.\"<\/p>

What does the word \"gasshuku\" mean?<\/h3>
Gasshuku is a Japanese word that means \"to meet and be together.\" The main idea is to train together, grow in Karate-Do, improve oneself internally, and spend time with friends in one place whenever possible. Therefore, our events are always designed to allow participants to spend maximum time together directly in or near the dojo, minimizing travel distances.\u00a0<\/div>
Another goal of the Czech Gasshuku is to inspire young people to engage in sports and martial arts, as well as to showcase the Czech Republic and its various regions to international visitors.<\/div>
