Payment identification = passport number or personal ID card number.
Payments remitted after 20.6.2012 might be late and in such case we will not be able to recognize them, so we strongly advice you not to send any money after this date.
Booking of and payments for accommodation are required to be effected before 31.5..
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancelling your registration before 30.6.2012 the handling fee of 20 EUR per transaction will be deducted.
Remaining funds will be returned by cash or by bank transfer to the account where the payment came from.
Late requirements for cancellation will not be accepted and no money will be refunded.
For complicated group registrations (all members of the group don't have the same accommodation requests, partial attendance etc.) please download and use registration form [xls/zip], fill, print and take with you to gasshuku, present at the entrance for speeding up sign in process. Pay according to directions, don't forget to email it as well.
Following online form is good for easy registration of singles or groups attending the WHOLE event, and all members of the group have the same accommodation request [if provided by gasshuku].
Partial attendants will NOT get any discounts.
